Herons Creek to Stills Road : upgrading the Pacific Highway : review of environmental factors

This review takes into account matters affecting, or likely to affect, the environment as a result of the upgrade of the northbound carriageway of the Pacific Highway from Herons Creek to Stills Road 53.5 km to 57.0 km north of the Taree interchange.
