The Climate Change Fund (CCF) was established in 2007 under the Energy and Utilities Administration Act 1987. This is the first Annual Report for the NSW Climate Change Fund covering the 2007–2008 financial year of operations. It includes details of funding allocations and analysis of performance for each of the Fund’s water and energy programs.
