This review covers the proposed dual carriage way upgrade of the Pacific Highway between the Taree bypass, near Cundletown and the proposed Coopernook Bypass. This section traverses Jones Island in the Manning River Floodplain and includes a crossing of Ghinni Ghinni Creek.
