The New South Wales Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) proposes to install six VMSs on the Pacific Highway between Holmesville and Coolongolook. This Proforma I Review of Environmental Factors (REF) has been prepared by Environmental Technology Branch and the purpose of this REF is to describe the proposal to document the likely impacts of the proposal on the environment and to detail protective measures to be implemented.
