This report includes the following sections: Summary and conclusions; Detailed description of the proposal; Traffic and transportation assessment; Evaluation of the proposal and alternatives; Justification of the proposal and consequences of not undertaking the development; Design options; Environmental context; Description of existing environment, assessment of environmental impact and environmental safeguards; Botany Bay construction works and Energy statement.
