Upgrade of Elizabeth Drive between Cabramatta, Road, Bonnyrigg and Wallgrove Road, Cecil Park by constructing two lanes in each direction. The length of the proposal is 5.6 km and includes a number of other traffic management measures including signal upgrades and a pedestrian overbridge. Environmental safeguards including noise walls, landscaping and stormwater treatment have been included within the proposal.
